How to read the answers
YES means public reporting confirms an invasion or continuing occupation campaign. KINDA means limited direct action or invasion-adjacent activity is confirmed but that invasion threshold has not been met. NO means neither threshold is currently met. Temperature is a separate escalation-pressure score, so a page can be hot while the answer is still NO. A war label alone never changes the invasion answer to YES.
