What this site tracks
This anonymous side project tracks a small, selected set of interstate conflict pairs and compresses public reporting into a deliberately simple answer. It is built for casual orientation and darkly comic curiosity, not to replace primary reporting or professional analysis.
What counts as an invasion
A `YES` status is the site's own editorial shorthand for a confirmed invasion or continuing occupation campaign, such as sustained cross-border offensive action or a confirmed attempt to seize territory. An operator makes the final call from public reporting. It is not a legal finding, an official designation, or a universally accepted definition. A war label, declaration, exchange of strikes, or other direct fighting does not produce `YES` without evidence of that invasion or occupation campaign.
What "Kinda" means
`KINDA` indicates a limited or partial hostile action occurred, but the event does not meet the site's threshold for a full invasion label. It is used to separate incident-level activity from sustained occupation-scale operations.
What temperature represents
Temperature is a home-grown, unvalidated score for escalation pressure, expressed from 0 to 100. It combines weighted factors such as military activity, rhetoric, and de-escalation signals. It is not a probability, forecast, scientific measurement, or basis for making decisions that matter.
How often the system updates
A mostly automated, AI-assisted pipeline checks public sources on a schedule, with occasional operator review. Snapshot freshness indicators show when the displayed material was last checked, but a recent timestamp does not guarantee that the answer is complete or correct.
